Pulaski County Experiential Center

Terms of Service

The purpose of the Pulaski County Experiential Center is to create a space that serves as a representation of all sectors of the community from healthcare, industry, real-estate, parks and recreation, tourism and education. The Experiential Center’s objective is to aid in the achievement of the goal set forth in the Master Comprehensive Plan to increase the population to 40,000 by 2030.

The Experiential Center is a tool for real estate agents, job recruitment, economic development and small business recruitment.

The use of the Experiential Center signifies acceptance of the rules and procedures for usage.

General Guidelines

The meeting space is designed for specific usages such as realtor space, job interviews, economic development and small business recruitment.

There is no charge for meeting room use.

Use of the Experiential Center meeting space does not constitute the Experiential Center or County of Pulaski endorsement of viewpoints expressed by participants using the space. Advertisements or announcements implying such endorsement are not permitted.

Commercial use of meeting space for the use of solicitations, money-raising activities, or delivery of direct, hands-on healthcare services is also prohibited.

Meeting space may not be used for social gatherings such as showers, birthday parties, dances, etc.

Meeting space may not be used for political rallies or campaigns for specific partisan political issues or candidates.

Meeting rooms may not be used to provide any kind of direct healthcare services including examinations, hands-on demonstrations, or treatments (however, the sharing of information about healthcare services is permitted).

Smoking, alcoholic beverages, open flames, burning incense, and lit candles are not allowed.

Groups may not assign or transfer their reservations to other groups.

Reservations

Requests for use of the meeting space may be made online. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis. If cancellation is needed, please submit timely so space is available to others. Multiple failures to submit cancellations timely may result in loss of access to the Experiential Center.

When making a reservation, please provide:

  • Name of organization
  • Name, address, and email of the responsible person
  • Total number of persons expected to attend

Care and Use of Facilities

Please leave Experiential Center as it was found. If the furniture is rearranged, it should be returned to its original placement at the end of the meeting.

Occupants are not permitted to adjust the set temperature in the Experiential Center.

All dishes should be washed and returned to their original places. If televisions are used, they should be reset with the original picture.

Equipment, supplies, or personal effects cannot be stored or left in the Experiential Center before or after use.

Food and drink may be consumed in the Experiential Center and catering is permitted.

Kitchen facilities and equipment will be provided such as plates, bowls, silverware, glass wear, coffee machine, and a refrigerator.

All doors must be locked at the end of the reserved time upon departure.

The individual making the reservation, as well as the group, will be held responsible for all damage that may occur as a result of the use of the facilities.

Permission to use the Experiential Center may be withheld from groups that have failed to comply with the Policy and from any group that damages the room, equipment, or furniture.
